Questions about the price
Will checkout show the same number?
The widget reads the same rate card the order form charges from, so the figure carries through. Two things can move it at checkout, both in your favor or plainly disclosed. A discount code entered before payment lowers it, and clause 3.2 of the Terms keeps taxes and your own bank's international fees outside the price.
When am I actually charged?
Once, at checkout, and every payment passes 3D Secure verification. Playing with the calculator bills nothing and saves nothing. Work on the order begins only after it is paid in full, and your deadline is measured from that confirmation.
How do I turn my word count into pages?
The form counts one double spaced page as 275 words, and a single spaced page holds double that. So a 1,650 word double spaced brief is six pages. Ordering more pages than the brief asks for only makes the quote bigger.
What costs extra?
A plagiarism report as a separate document, added in the order form under clause 8.1 of the Terms. Changes that rewrite the original instructions after a writer is assigned are billed as editing rather than covered by the free revision window. Everything in the list above is already inside the quote.
What happens to the money if I cancel?
Timing decides it. Cancel before a writer takes the order and the refund is full. While the order is in progress the Terms settle it partially, up to 60 percent depending on how much has been written, and an order that has reached Completed status is past cancelling.
Do returning customers pay less?
Yes, automatically. Pages you order accumulate on your account, and at set totals the loyalty program takes 5, 10 and then 15 percent off every later order with no code needed. First timers have a welcome code instead. Both are laid out on the discounts page.
