How to reach our support team

Three ways in, all of them in writing and all staffed around the clock. WhatsApp or email before an order exists, the order thread once one does.

  • Around the clockEvery day, including the deadline you are worried about
  • In writing onlyNo voice line, so the answer stays on the record
  • One reply, usuallyAn order number in the message settles most of them

For a short question

WhatsApp

Open the chat

The quickest of the three, and the one to use from a phone. It opens a thread with support in the app you already have.

  • Can you take this subject, at this length, by this date
  • Where an order has got to, once you have the number to hand
  • Anything you would otherwise put off asking until tomorrow

Keep files and money out of it. A rubric or a billing question wants the mailbox, where it can be attached, quoted and found again.

Email support

support@college-paper.com

The channel for anything with a file on it, anything about money, and anything you may need to forward later.

  • A brief or a rubric you want us to look at before you order
  • Billing questions and payment that did not go through
  • Trouble signing in to an account you already have
  • Privacy and data requests, including a copy or a deletion

Write from the address on your account and put the order number in the subject line if you have one. It saves a round trip.

Write to support

Once the order is live

Message us from inside it

Open your account

Messages there are attached to the order, so support and the writer are reading the same thread and nothing has to be explained twice.

  • Message the writer directly, with no support in the middle
  • Upload a rubric, a reading list or a source you forgot
  • Ask where the work has got to, or ask for a draft partway
  • Download the paper and file a revision request from the same screen

Point at the instruction rather than the paragraph. A revision request that names the requirement it missed comes back faster.

Go to your orders

Complaints and disputes

Send a complaint by email or through account messaging. There is no separate form to hunt for, and both routes are ones the policy recognizes. Report the problem within 30 days of the incident, describe what went wrong, and attach anything that supports it.

We confirm receipt within five business days and give a final decision within 30 days of receiving the dispute. The full sequence, including what happens if we cannot agree, is in the dispute policy.

Privacy and data requests

Those go to the same mailbox. Write to support@college-paper.com for a copy of the data we hold on you, a correction, a deletion, or to withdraw consent to marketing messages. The Privacy Policy explains what we hold and for how long.

Why all three are in writing

Because an order is a set of instructions, and instructions given out loud get remembered differently by the two people who were on the call. In writing, the brief, the change you asked for and the answer you were given are all still there a week later, and either side can point at them. That is worth more to you than to us.

So there is no voice line, and the WhatsApp number takes messages rather than calls. It is the same support team on all three channels, and the same answer.

Answers you can get without writing to us

These four questions are most of the mailbox, and all four are already answered.

Frequently asked questions

How do I contact college-paper?

Before you order, WhatsApp gets the quickest reply. Once an order exists, write in the order thread inside your account so every decision stays attached to the work, and use support@college-paper.com when you need to send files or keep a copy you can forward.

Do you have a phone number or live chat?

No. Every channel we run is written, which means the answer you get at 2am is still there when you check it at noon. WhatsApp comes closest to chat: same speed, but the thread survives.

Can I message my writer directly?

From the moment a writer takes your order, the thread in your account goes straight to them. Brief them there, drop in the sources you forgot, and flag anything that looks off while there is still time to steer the draft.

Can I message you on WhatsApp?

Yes. It is built for the questions that come up before checkout: whether we cover a topic, what a deadline costs, which service fits. Anything with an attachment, or anything you may need on record later, belongs in email or the order thread.

Is there a contact form?

No form. Pick the channel that matches the stage you are at: WhatsApp before ordering, the order thread during, email support@college-paper.com for anything formal. Complaints and disputes go by email or the thread, the routes the dispute policy recognizes.

Who do I write to about a refund?

Email support or use the account message, in writing either way. Cancel before a writer is assigned and the full amount comes back; after that, each case is judged on its timeline and facts under the Terms and Conditions.

Where do I send a privacy or data request?

support@college-paper.com handles data requests: a copy of what we hold, a correction, deletion, or unsubscribing from marketing. What we store and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
