Terms and Conditions

College-Paper.com is operated by PVexperts (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are the agreement between the Company and each Customer. College-Paper.com is the name under which the Company provides the Service.

The Customer accepts these Terms by creating an Account or placing an Order. Anyone who does not accept them should not use the Website. The Guarantees page sums up the main commitments in plain words. If that page and these Terms ever differ, these Terms apply.

Article 1. Definitions

1.1 Capitalized words in these Terms have the meanings given below.

  • “Account” means the Customer’s personal area on the Website, used to place, pay for, track and download Orders and to exchange messages.
  • “Company” means the operator of the Website named at the start of these Terms.
  • “Customer” means the person who creates an Account or places an Order.
  • “Editing” means paid work on an Order that goes beyond its original instructions.
  • “Order” means a request for the Service placed through the Website.
  • “Revision” means a correction that brings the Work in line with the original instructions of its Order.
  • “Service” means custom academic writing, editing, proofreading, formatting and related help, carried out by freelance Writers and delivered electronically.
  • “Store Credit” means money held on the Account that can be spent on future Orders.
  • “Support” means the Company’s customer support team, reachable through the messages in the Account and at support@college-paper.com.
  • “Website” means College-Paper.com, including the order form and the Account.
  • “Work” means the paper or other file delivered under an Order. Every Work is a model paper for the Customer’s own research and study.
  • “Writer” means the freelance specialist who carries out an Order.

1.2 Headings do not affect the meaning of any clause.

Article 2. Accounts and Orders

2.1 The Customer must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where they live.

2.2 One person may hold one Account. The Customer keeps the login details private and is responsible for all activity under the Account.

2.3 Contact details must be accurate, including a working email address and a phone number at which Support can reach the Customer quickly.

2.4 Instructions must be clear and complete. Everything in them, and every file attached to an Order, is visible to the Writer, so neither should contain personal or payment details.

2.5 The paper type, academic level and deadline are the Customer’s choice. A mistake in any of them must be reported to Support at once, because the Writer works to the level set at the time of assignment.

2.6 After a Writer is assigned, any change that goes beyond the original instructions counts as Editing. It is a paid extra, not a free Revision.

2.7 The Company may refuse an Order, or ask the Customer to resubmit it, when the details chosen do not match the task described. Correcting those details can change the price.

2.8 If specific sources must be used, the Customer sends them early. The instructions and all sources are due within these windows, counted from the start of the Order.

  • For a deadline of 48 hours to 10 days, within the first 8 hours.
  • For a deadline of 12 to 24 hours, within the first hour.
  • For a deadline under 12 hours, within the first 20 minutes.

2.9 Materials that arrive after these windows may move the deadline.

2.10 The Account shows the progress of each Order, for example awaiting payment, in progress, completed, in revision, on hold or canceled. The exact labels may differ.

Article 3. Prices and Payment

3.1 Work begins only after an Order is paid in full. An additional payment requested by Support, for a longer paper, a higher academic level or a shorter deadline, should be made promptly. Until it arrives the Order may be delayed, without compensation for the delay.

3.2 The price of an Order is the price shown on the Website when the Order is placed. Prices may change for future Orders. They do not include bank, currency-conversion or international fees that the Customer’s own bank may charge.

3.3 Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and the Company never sees a full card number. Different billing companies may process the payment depending on the Order, so the name on the Customer’s card statement may differ from the name of this Website. If a payment fails with one processor, the Customer may be offered another.

3.4 Card payments go through 3-D Secure authentication or the equivalent check used by the Customer’s bank.

3.5 A discount code must be entered before payment and cannot be added afterwards. Codes cannot be combined with each other or with other offers unless the offer says otherwise.

3.6 The Customer is responsible for the security of their own card and Account. Paying with someone else’s card without permission is a crime and will be reported to the authorities.

Article 4. Payment Verification

4.1 To fight fraud, the Company may ask the Customer to verify a payment. A typical request is a screenshot of the charge in the Customer’s online banking, where other transactions may be hidden.

4.2 Documents sent for verification are used for that purpose alone and are deleted once the check is complete.

4.3 When verification holds up the work, a new deadline is set as soon as the check is done.

4.4 The Company may cancel an Order if it suspects fraud or if the Customer does not cooperate.

Article 5. Delivery

5.1 The chosen deadline is the target for the first delivery, and the Company works to meet it.

5.2 If the Company expects a delay, it tells the Customer, who may object in writing. A delay the Customer has accepted is not a ground for compensation.

5.3 The finished Work is uploaded to the Account and may also be sent by email. Not downloading it is not a ground for a refund.

5.4 Deadlines apply to the first delivery. A Revision has its own timing, set when the Revision is requested.

Article 6. Revisions

6.1 Free Revisions are a courtesy, meant to bring the Work in line with the original instructions of the Order.

6.2 A free Revision may be requested within 14 days of the first delivery. For dissertations, theses, research proposals, thesis proposals, dissertation chapters and other large assignments, the period is 30 days.

6.3 A Revision request must stay within the original instructions. Anything new is Editing or a new Order.

6.4 Once the free period has ended, Revisions are paid.

6.5 The quality team may decline or limit Revision requests that change the original requirements or that amount to abuse.

Article 7. Cancellations, Refunds and Store Credit

7.1 A request to cancel an Order or to receive a refund must be made to Support in writing, through the messages in the Account or by email.

7.2 What the Customer receives depends on the stage the Order has reached.

  • Before a Writer is assigned, a full refund.
  • After a Writer is assigned, while the work is in progress, a refund or Store Credit of up to 60% of the amount paid, depending on the time elapsed and the urgency.
  • For an Order on hold that the Writer has not finished, a refund or Store Credit of up to 60%, depending on how much of the work is done.
  • When the Customer edits the Order details before completion and the price goes down, Store Credit of up to 50% of the difference, depending on the change.
  • When an Order is late and the Customer agrees to extend the deadline, the price is recalculated to the nearest deadline option and the difference, up to 20%, is refunded or added as Store Credit.
  • When a late Order was downloaded before a refund for lateness was requested, Store Credit only, up to 20%.

7.3 A complaint about quality must be made within 72 hours of delivery, with specific reasons and examples. The quality team reviews it and may ask for further evidence.

7.4 No refund is given in the following cases.

  • The Customer cancels an Order that is already completed.
  • No request is made within 72 hours of completion.
  • A quality complaint does not say specifically what is wrong.
  • The Order is late because materials were missing or the Customer could not be reached.

7.5 Store Credit given as compensation cannot be refunded to a card. It expires if it is not used within 365 days of the day it was added to the Account.

Article 8. Originality and Rights in the Work

8.1 Every Work is written for its own Order and checked for originality before delivery. A plagiarism report is an optional add-on, selected and paid for in the order form. One report is issued per Order, not one for each Revision.

8.2 Writers are freelancers. Their work is checked, but small incidental matches with other texts can still occur.

8.3 Editing, proofreading and formatting are applied to text the Customer wrote. The Company does not guarantee that such text is free of plagiarism.

8.4 Upon payment of the Order in full, the Company grants the Customer an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use the Work for their own study and research. The Company does not publish the Work or sell it on to anyone else.

8.5 The Order price is the consideration for the research and preparation of the Work and for the licence in clause 8.4 alike.

8.6 The Company keeps its own copy of the Work and may use it only for its records, for answering a claim about the Order and where the law requires. That is the only use reserved out of clause 8.4, and retention is covered by Article 9 and the Privacy Policy.

8.7 Until the Order is paid in full, all rights in the Work remain with the Company and clause 8.4 grants nothing. The same applies where the Customer receives a full refund after the Work was delivered or the payment is reversed: the licence ends, the rights stay with the Company and the Customer may not use the Work.

Article 9. Communication and Personal Data

9.1 The messaging system in the Account is the official channel for every Order. Support and the Writer ask their questions there, so the Customer should check it regularly.

9.2 The Company may also contact the Customer by email, and by phone or through messaging apps where the Customer has provided those details.

9.3 The Customer may ask for a draft. On deadlines of 3 to 48 hours a draft is not guaranteed.

9.4 The Customer may ask for a preferred Writer. The Company may decline for reasons of quality or reliability and will explain why. If the Customer insists on that Writer, the Company is not responsible for that Writer’s quality or lateness.

9.5 The Company may send service messages and promotional emails. The Customer can unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time.

9.6 Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Card details are processed by the payment processors, not by the Company.

Article 10. Use of the Work and Liability

10.1 The Customer decides how to use the Work and is responsible for following the rules of their school, college or university.

10.2 The Company is not responsible for grades or for the way the Work is used.

10.3 The Work is delivered “as is”, within the Revision and refund terms of Articles 6 and 7.

10.4 The Company’s total liability for an Order is limited to the amount paid for that Order.

10.5 To the extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss connected with grades or admissions, and lost time.

Article 11. Complaints and Disputes

11.1 A Customer with a problem should first tell Support in writing, through the Account messages or by email, within 30 days of the problem arising. The complaint should explain what happened and include any evidence.

11.2 The Company acknowledges a complaint within 5 business days and gives its decision within 30 days of receiving it.

11.3 If direct discussion does not resolve the matter, mediation by a neutral third party may be proposed.

11.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Company is registered. Disputes not settled this way go to the courts of competent jurisdiction there.

Article 12. General Provisions

12.1 The Company may update these Terms. Changes are published on this page with a new “Last updated” date and apply to Orders placed after that date.

12.2 If the Company does not act on one breach of these Terms, it keeps the right to act on any later breach.

12.3 If any clause is found invalid, the rest of these Terms stays in force.

12.4 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policy they link to, are the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company.

12.5 The Service is designed for particular markets. A person who uses it from anywhere else does so on their own initiative and must follow local law.

12.6 Payments may be taken, and Orders and the Account serviced, through other websites and payment pages that the Company operates. These Terms apply to an Order wherever it is serviced, and the Customer’s login works there too.

12.7 Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@college-paper.com.
